Ralf Majer-Abele, Editor-in-Chief of PET worldwide, presented the internationally recognised award to the entrepreneur and emphasised: "It is truly incredible what you and your team have achieved in recent years. We have often spoken today about the ever-increasing pace of change in the pet industry. None of us have any idea of all the changes that you, Polina and your company have experienced in recent years since Russia's attack on Ukraine."
He emphasised Kosharna's outstanding achievements, that she and her team have withstood all the brutality of war. After a missile attack damaged their warehouse in Kharkiv, the Suziria Group relocated production to Kalush in western Ukraine. New facilities for the production of treats for dogs and cats were also built there.

The Polish accessory manufacturer Fiboo was presented with the PET worldwide Best Newcomer award yesterday (16 October) at the International Pet Conference in Brussels.
Fiboo is a brand of pet accessories designed, created and produced 100 per cent in Poland. Every single line of the products in the company’s portfolio – toys, licking mats and pet food bowls – is made of eco-friendly materials which not only already contain recycled plastic, but also are totally recyclable.
The company came out on top against Just Russel (Belgium), Mammaly (Germany), The Better Cat (Germany) and The Pack Pet (UK). The readers of PET worldwide and, most recently, the participants of the International Pet Conference were invited to vote.
